Privacy notice and consent

The information you provide is used to process your volunteer application, assess suitability, conduct reference checks and communicate with you about volunteering. Application paperwork and references are scheduled for deletion after 180 days from submission, with that period restarting from the decision date when an application is decided, unless a documented retention hold applies. Deletion is performed by scheduled maintenance. If approved, your volunteer record, including application consent evidence, is retained for ongoing administration under the team's privacy notice.
